2. Credit Purchases

Credits purchased through our Service are generally non-refundable once the purchase is complete. This is because credits represent immediate access to our AI generation services.

However, we understand that issues may arise, and we consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. Eligible Refund Circumstances

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • Technical Failures: If our Service experiences technical issues that prevent you from using your purchased credits within 7 days of purchase
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for a single purchase
  • Unauthorized Transactions: If credits were purchased without your authorization
  • Service Discontinuation: If we discontinue the Service before you can use your credits

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Credits that have already been used for generations
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated results (as AI outputs are subjective)
  • Failure to use credits before account closure by user
  • Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account termination
  • Change of mind after purchase

5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at support@visionary-apps-lab.com
  2. Include your account email and transaction details
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation

We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision.

6. Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

8. Complimentary Credits

The 3 complimentary credits provided to new users upon registration are non-refundable and have no cash value. These credits are provided as a trial of our Service.

9. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Chargebacks result in additional fees and may lead to account suspension. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
