Interior AI is an artificial intelligence-powered interior design visualization tool. The Service allows users to upload photographs of interior spaces and generate AI-powered design transformations in various styles. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to generate designs.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Credits and Payments

The Service uses a credit-based payment system:

• New users receive 3 complimentary credits upon registration
• Additional credits may be purchased through our secure payment system powered by Stripe
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts
• Each design generation consumes credits as specified at the time of generation
• All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes where required

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload images you do not have rights to use
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the Service.

Generated Content: You own the AI-generated designs created from your uploaded images and may use them for personal or commercial purposes.

Our Content: The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Visionary Apps Lab Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The designs generated by our AI are for visualization purposes only. We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs are architecturally feasible, structurally sound, or compliant with local building codes. Always consult with qualified professionals before implementing any design changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visionary Apps Lab Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
